We accept payments from visa, mastercard & american express. All orders will be charged in AU$. If you are ordering internationally (outside Australia) you may incur a foreign currency charges from your own bank. Bulse Pty Ltd cannot control any fees incurred from your bank, you will need to contact your bank for further information.
Our products are handcrafted, which can have the possibility that each bottle could be a little different. Generally this is not the case, but please allow humans with hands to occasionally add an extra drop here and there. Please keep in mind that you will see slight imperfections with our labels as they are all labelled by human hands and not a machine, so occasionally they may not line up perfectly. Apologies to all the Virgo’s out there. We’re all perfectly imperfect.
Some of Bulse Pty Ltd's products contain nuts or traces of nuts. If you suffer from allergies, we recommend not using Bulse Pty Ltd products.
Clary Sage is not recommended to any pregnant or breastfeeding woman. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before using Bulse Pty Ltd if you are pregnant some products are not recommended during pregnancy, please read instructions carefully.
We also recommend patch testing our products before use for everyone. Bulse Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to our products.

Delivery
Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your products efficiently, intact and inexpensively.
We usually ship orders within 2-3 days, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 1-5 working days within Australia and within 8-21days for the rest of the world.
Bulse Pty Ltd will not be held liable for loss or damages due unattended packages being left at your delivery address, please use an address that will be attended during business hours to ensure your delivery arrives safely.
We do our best to ensure that your delivery arrives on time, however Bulse Pty Ltd will not be held liable for late deliveries due to courier delays.
During sale times, it may take us up to two weeks to ship your order due to the high volume of orders. Thanks for your patience.
