refund & exchange

You have received products from Bulse Pty Ltd that are different to the one you have ordered. we will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. alternatively we can offer you a refund. please note: items must be returned intact and untampered with to receive a refund/exchange. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.

If for any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you, Bulse Pty Ltd will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that Bulse Pty Ltd requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Bulse Pty Ltd & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Returned items must be returned/in the post within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact before making your return as we will provide you with a returns form that must be completed and sent with your parcel. Items delivered to us without a returns form will not be processed.

All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days. Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank & may take longer for international orders.
